Justin went above and beyond to not only ensure I had a good experience, but also allowed me to get a great value out of the sale of a rental property. Justin pushed parties involved to ensure closure in 2017, which was a big priority for me. He also ensured that we settled for above my target price. Beyond that, Justin handled the many issues that came up in the process. I have done a number of deals with Justin, and this one was by far the most complicated and required a lot of his attention. Justin did a lot of the leg work to ensure all my goals were met. Would highly recommend Justin.

Justin makes the buying and selling process so easy. He is very knowledgeable and takes great care with his clients. I never felt like I was alone while selling my home and any issues that arose he had a great plan of action.

Justin helped us sell our 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath, 1959 house in Central School district. He impressed us most with his local knowledge and ability to provided comparables that really helped us price our house well. He encouraged us to price our house for about 15K more than another realtor and we still got a full price offer on the first day! After that, he helped us through the whole process including getting quotes from plumbers and scheduling a plumbing repair required by our inspection. He was great with negotiations too. He was extremely responsive and always happy to answer our calls and texts. So glad we decided to work with him!!

First class experience. I'm a first time homebuyer and Justin's patience, knowledge of the market, honesty and diligence made the process easier than I ever imagined. We provided Justin an idea of what we were looking for plus a list of "needs and wants" within our budget range. His prompt response time and efficiency led to showing us 6 houses in one day which covered a ton of ground, including move-in ready homes to fixer uppers at a lower budget. After taking a week to think about all of those homes, Justin continued to share new listings and updates on properties he showed us to continue coaching us through the process. The 2nd time out he showed us what is now our home. We knew we liked it and told him that same night we wanted to go back as soon as we could, and he arranged a 2nd visit within 48 hours. After that came our offer. He kept us comfortable throughout all negotiations through the ratified agreement, then provided trustworthy referrals for home inspection and title. Not only was Justin helpful in property tours, contract negotiations and walking us through the paperwork pre-move, he assisted us in moving an appliance from one property to another post-move. What else can you ask for as a first time home buyer?

I recently bought my first home with the help of Justin Leber, Berkshire Hathaway (formerly Prudential) in York, PA. I could not have been more impressed by Justin’s knowledge and expertise. Being a first-time home buyer, I was not very familiar with the whole process, in addition to certain terms that seem to be frequently utilized within the field of real estate. Justin was able to guide me through the process and was always willing to take the time to answer my many questions.
